This repo is a published Debian archive, not source. Every release added two
~86 MB .deb blobs, and superseded ones were only ever removed from the working
tree -- git kept them all. .git had reached 960 MB, of which 953 MB was blobs
and 100% of those were .deb binaries. The pool actually being served is 173 MB.
That bloat had a live consequence. It consumed 779 MB of the 831 MB
Transaction-Science quota on the Codeberg mirror, so every push was rejected
with "Quota exceeded" and the public mirrors of open-standards and agent-joule
silently stopped updating on 2026-07-26. Nothing surfaced that; it sat in a
`last_error` field on the push-mirror config.
History has no value for an archive whose contents are reproducible from the
releases they were built from, so this replaces it with a single commit of the
current state. The previous history was 11 commits ending at
